When you have to buy tend and hundreds of cars, organizing the possible options can be a bit tricky. On average you have to bid on 15 cars to acquire 1, so imagine having to do it manually – what a mess!
You will most likely come across a situation when you want to expand your business (order more cars), or you realize that if one more client comes to you, you will need to hire one more person to provide them your service.
Don’t forget that bidding is also time-consuming – you are never sure when your auction is going to start as you don’t know when the previous one is going to end. And here you are, sitting and waiting for one of the 15 options you chose to acquire 1 car is going to come up so that you bid and hopefully win.

Well, to solve the problems mentioned above, several months ago we launched group bidding technology for Copart car auctions and now, we made it available for IAA users.
1) Organize your cars in one group.
So, a group on iSnipe is something similar to a folder which helps you organize and manage your cars. A most common use for the group is to organize one type of vehicle in one group. You can go ahead an search for all the option you have for buying one/two/three… cars that you want to acquire. When creating a group in your iSnipe dashboard, you will notice “Max won items” field. What this means is that, if you add 10-15 cars to this group and set that number to 1, once the first auction is won, iSnipe will no longer bid on upcoming auctions. This way you can do your research once and leave the rest to our system.

2) You can give access to your clients to groups created for them specifically.
This saves you a lot of time of always communicating with your clients. Our technology offers the feature of a “group token”. You can give randomly generated group token credentials to your client and they will be able to log into the group. They will be able to change the maximum price they are willing to pay for each item and cancel them. They WILL NOT be able to add car auctions to the group to avoid the misuse of your account. They WILL NOT have access to any other groups or any kind of information that belongs to you or other clients.
3) Having more clients is not associated with the struggle of hiring more people to serve them anymore!
You’ve most likely been in the situation when you had to get help/hire a new employee to help you handle the bidding on Copart. Let’s face it, business is not always booming – sometimes you have more clients, sometimes less, but whatever the situation is, you still pay your hired bidders the same.
