Group Bidding for Copart
When you have hundreds and thousands of clients wanting you to buy a car for them from Copart, organizing the possible options can be a bit tricky. On average you have to bid on 15 cars to acquire 1, so imagine having to do it manually – what a mess!
You will most likely come across a time when you know that if one more client comes to you, you have to hire one more person to provide them your service. In addition to this, having to be on the phone with your client while the bidding is just another struggle of the process for both a broker and a client. BUT, what if we told you that there was a way of making this process comfortable for you?
Copart started off as a single salvage yard in California, in 1982. Slowly growing and concurring the industry, now it operates over 200 locations in 11 countries and is the world’s biggest online vehicle auctions website. In addition to this, over 125,000 cars are sold on Copart daily, which gives buyers a variety of options to choose cars from. If you are a good broker, that’s what you do – you help your client choose as many options as they want and then you help them win at least one of them.
Last week we introduced a game-changing Copart Auto Bidder Bot to Copart users, which does live bidding for you on your behalf. You just type in the maximum price you are willing to pay for the car and that’s it, our bot will do the rest.
This time we are taking things next level and introducing a group bidding technology to have a COMPLETE solution to all the struggles of car dealers and dealerships. We talked about dealerships struggling to manage and organize all of the clients’ wanted car options and that’s exactly the problem our groundbreaking group bidding technology solves. So buckle up and let’s talk about what this technology has to bring to the table:
You can create a group for each client, add as many cars as you want and set the maximum number of possible wins in the group.
It is simple, you create a group and name it after a client the group is meant for. Then you type in the maximum possible number of wins for the group. What this means is that, if you added 20 cars and set the number to 1, once one car is won in the group, the system stops bidding on remaining upcoming car auctions.
After you copy the car auction link to iSnipe link box and choose the maximum price you are willing to pay for the car, you just simply choose the group in which you want the auction to be added and whoala! – It’s done. You will be able to change the maximum price for each added car auction as well as the maximum number of won auctions for the group.
You can give access to your clients to groups created for them specifically.
This saves you a lot of time of always communicating with your clients. Our technology offers the feature of a “group token”. You can give randomly generated group token credentials to your client and they will be able to log into the group. They will be able to change the maximum price they are willing to pay for each item and cancel them. They WILL NOT be able to add car auctions to the group to avoid the misuse of your account. They WILL NOT have access to any other groups or any kind of information that belongs to you or other clients.
Having more clients is not associated with the struggle of hiring more people to serve them anymore!
You’ve most likely been in the situation when you had to get help/hire a new employee to help you handle the bidding on Copart. Let’s face it, business is not always booming – sometimes you have more clients, sometimes less, but whatever the situation is, you still pay your hired bidders the same. Well, this technology can actually save your company thousands of dollars. If you needed 10 people to serve 100 clients, with the help of this technology, you can reduce that number to 1-2 people, whose only job will be to create groups, add car auctions to them and share access of the groups accordingly to the clients. iSnipe’s live bidder bot will take care of the rest – it will bid on the car auction as if the person was doing it.
Or you can try it yourself! – Bidding on car auctions is free!
